The importance of ballet when we are little

       
          When we are little, we can't sit still for a while because we have so many energies to spend! Well, by practise ballet we learn how to use that energy and how to control it. We can be in some position without moving as long as it is necessary, focusing all energy of our body in our muscles in order to remain in a position for a long time and still showing the beauty of it.

          It also makes us improve our balance and coordination, so we will be much more successful when we grow up in any type of sport and in other activities. Being on stage can make us get more courage to face the crowd in any situation, like: in an oral presentation, which is very used in universities and in many jobs; in other performance on stage; in deal with unknown people... well, in so many situations...

          It is also good for our health because it provides a good posture and improves our flexibility, which avoids lots of injuries.

          It also provides unexplained friendships... Those friendships could not be forever but we never really forget them...

           If you have a daughter or even a son, if you want them to practice some sport... You should definitely try ballet!
